The new home of Kiwi Property in Auckland's Vero Centre. A collaboration between W&M and NDY, providing a lighting design with emphasis on vertical and object illumination throughout the reception, break out and staff hub areas, reminiscent of a hospitality space enhanced by carefully considered materials and finishes. Functional illumination with exceptional uniformity is applied to task spaces, meeting rooms and open plan office areas. Visual comfort is achieved via precise optical systems which prevent glare.
