Complementing heritage architecture with modern lighting solutions

The restored Chemistry Building at the Christchurch Arts Centre sees the return of the University of Canterbury to the heart of the city. The modern precision of Energyline permits light quality suited to a 21st century environment, whilst at the same time not distracting from the features of the heritage architecture, which remain the focus on this building. A combination of direct/indirect and wall mounted luminaires highlights the full volume of the heritage architecture, illuminating not only the task but the grand ceilings and elaborate wall details.
